5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and required access (such as Google Business Profile or ad accounts) to allow us to deliver services effectively.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and content created by GrowRestro remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowRestro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate services according to the agreed notice period. Outstanding fees remain payable.
