1. Service-Based Nature
All GrowRestro services are digital, strategic, and time-based. Once work has started, resources, planning, and execution are already allocated.
2. Refund Policy
Payments made to GrowRestro are generally non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly retainers
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Consultation or strategy fees
- Advertising management fees
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or billing errors. Any approved refund will be processed at GrowRestro’s discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice as per the agreed engagement terms. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. No Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not provided for unused days, paused campaigns, or early termination within a billing period.
6. Ad Spend Disclaimer
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate and non-refundable by GrowRestro. Refunds for ad spend are governed by the respective platforms.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating chargebacks without first contacting GrowRestro may result in immediate service termination and suspension of future services.

GrowRestro reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
